APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP IN TRE RESOLUTION #P.C. 151-86
MUSKEG0 INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide approximately one acre on
the north side of Saturn Drive, and
WHEREAS, This lot conforms to the zoning regulations, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map has been prepared by
Frank Ruekert, Jr, City Engineer.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the division of land in the Muskego Industrial Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval extends to the
sale of same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, This approval is subject to a 15'
underground utility easement along the north lot line.
