RESOLUTION #P.C. 150-86
MUSKEGO INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, It is proposed to convey 1.7964 acres on the
northwest corner of Mercury and Saturn Drives, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map has been prepared by the
city engineers, and
WHEREAS, The City has granted building, site and operation
plan approval for this parcel.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey plat and recommend approval to the Common
Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval extends to the
sale of same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, This approval is subject to a 15'
underground utility easement along the north lot line.
