RESOLUTION #P.C. 149-86
APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE & OPERATION PIAN
R. KRUEGER - W144 S6347 COLLEGE COURT
WHEREAS, It is proposed to screen outside storage on a lot
in the Tess Corners Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to screen an area at the west end
of the lot with the use of solid steel fencing, and
WHEREAS, This area would include starting at the northwest
corner of his lot going east approximately 125' then going
straight south to the south lot line approximately 160' then
going east approximately 75' to the west lot line, and
WHEREAS, This area would be used for the parking of
equipment for grading, excavating and asphalting work.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the screening for the proposed storage area on the R. Krueger lot
at W144 S6347 College Court.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the area will be screened by a
6' high solid steel fence.
