ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE

WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct an approximately 16' x
12' second garage structure at 576 W20287 Hillendale Drive, and
WHEREAS, This is an RS1 District requiring offsets of 20'
from all sides, and
WHEREAS, The proposed location conforms to the zoning
regulations and appears to be compatible with the residential
development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the second garage structure as submitted.
