RESOLUTION ~P.c. 146-86
WAIVING OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
ROLAND HAUT
WHEREAS, Section 3.8 of the land division ordinance states,
1, when the parcels to be created by land division are 20 acres or
more in area and are not intended for development, the Plan
Commission may waive the requirement of a certified survey map",
and
WHEREAS, the Roland Haut property of 66 112 acres is
proposed to be divided into two parcels ranging from 27.8 acres
to 38.7 acres, and
WHEREAS, The parcels created are not intended for
development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission waive
the requirement of the certified survey map for the division of
the Roland Haut property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is contingent
upon receipt of the $200.00 park dedication fee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this waiver is subject to
Common Council approval.
