WHEREAS, The Plan Commission had approved the sketch for a
division of land in the SW 1/4 of Section 4 in #P.C. 42-86, and
WHEREAS, A certified survey map prepared by Joseph
Kroeninger as been submitted, and
WHEREAS, It conforms to the sketch previously submitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to receiving the $75.00 submittal fee, the $200
park dedication fee and approval of the city engineers.
