'ION PIAN
WHEREAS, There is a proposed change of use at W190 S8151
Mercury Drive in the Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to change the site plan to provide
for more employee parking, and
WHEREAS, The site plan submitted also shows a future 75' x
100' addition to the existing building, and
WHEREAS, The drive is to be surfaced in accordance with the
rules and regulations of the industrial park.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended site plan for N.R.W. International which provides for
increase in employee parking.
