RESOLUTION #P.C. 143-86
APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF SKATEBOARD RAMP
IN TRE NE 114 SECTION 12
WHEREAS, There has been placed a skateboard ramp on the SE
corner of Tess Corners Drive and Flintlock Trail, and
WHEREAS, It has been determined by the zoning officer under
Section 8.01 (7) C 1 that this structure has to be a non-
commercial, group outdoor recreation facility as listed for
conditional use, and
WHEREAS, 6.06 of the zoning ordinance states that any
active use area or structure shall conform to the appropriate
setback, offset, and height regulations and should be placed no
closer than 100' to a residential property line.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
APPROVE of the skateboard in the
approvefdisapprove
location as shown on the attached survey.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the conditional use grant is
subject to a yearly review.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the hours of operation will be
from 8:OOAM to 8:OOPM or sundown whichever comes first.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That guardrails are to be placed
across the full width of the upper playforms and diagonally along
all four corners of the ramp platform.
