WHERREAS, It is intended to construct an office/warehouse
structure on a proposed site at the northwest corner of Mercury
and Saturn Drives in the Industrial park expansion area, and
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction plans have been
submitted for the building, and
WHEREAS, The proposed building will conform to the 1-1 zone
district requirements and the Muskego Industrial Park
regulations.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building, site and operational plan for the office/warehouse
structure at the northwest corner of Mercury and Saturn Drives.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That approval is contingent upon
the lot being created by certified survey map and recorded with
Waukesha County.
