COMMUNITY BASED RESIDENTIAL FACILITY S69 W17346 KIRKWOOD DRIVE
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission is requested to identify any
hazards for a community based residential facility proposed at
S69 W17346 Kirkwood Drive, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission is unaware of any natural of
manmade hazards.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission answer
the request stating there are no known hazards near S69 W17346
Kirkwood Drive to the Department of Health and Social Service.
