ROBERT BEQUEST
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in Resolution //P.C. 120-85
approved a sketch for a division of Lot 15 of Certified Survey
Map 1\47, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map shows a change from the
approved sketch by running the lot line along the center line of
the creek, and
WHEREAS, This lot is in the RS2 zoning, has more than
20,000 square feet in area and more than 110 feet average width.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is conditioned
upon city engineers approval, the submittal fee of $75.00
according to Section 10 of the land division ordinance and park
dedication fee of $200.00.
