APPROVAL OF SHED
LINDA HEINRICH
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 30' x 45' shed on
3.4 acres of land in an agricultural district, and
WHEREAS, The zoning ordinance requires that all
outbuildings exceeding 240 square feet can be granted subject to
Plan Commission approval, and
WHEREAS, The intended shed is to be used for agricultural
purposes.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 30' x 45' structure for Linda Heinrich for the property
located in the S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 26.
