APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE L OPERATION PLAN
RESOLUTION #P.C. 135-86
SEAMLESS SYSTEMS
WHEREAS, A letter had been sent to the owners of the
property addressed as W144 S6333 College Court, and
WHEREAS, It is also in violation of Section 4.05(4) which
does not permit the unenclosed storage of material, equipment and
supplies, and
WHEREAS, Barrels and pallets were being stored behind the
area of the building occupied by Seamless Systems, and
WHEREAS, Communications from A. K. Seamless Systems, Inc.
were presented and are proposing a 10' high structure to enclose
the barrels and pallets.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended building, site and operation as per the communication
received on July 22, 1986.
