OAKRIDGE/PINECREST ROAD PROJECT
TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS, It is proposed to record a 60' road with a cul de
sac in the NE 114 of Section 13, and
WHEREAS, This road will provide access for six homes, and
WHEREAS, There is an existing drive with easements that
provide access to the homes, and
WHEREAS, The road width (60') meets the City requirements
and road right of way.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the division as shown on the survey map prepared by Richard
Eberhardt , Surveyor.
