RAYMOND JESSMON
WHEREAS, Raymond Jessmon, S68 W13144 Bristlecone Lane had
previous Plan Commission approval to construct a 2nd garage
structure in P.C. 106-86, and
WHEREAS, This garage would have been located over an
electrical service cable, and
WHEREAS, The electric company has suggested they move the
second garage structure to provide faster service in case of
failure to the cable, and
WHEREAS, It is now proposed to move the 2nd garage
structure as located on the plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does
approve the request of Raymond Jessmon to construct a 22' x 16'
second garage structure at S68 W13144 Bristlecone Lane, subject
to the Board of Appeals granting a variance in setback.
