WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide 1.3 acres from an
approximately 25 acre parcel in the NE 114 of Section 4 in the
Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission and the Common Council must
approve divisions of land under extra territorial jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
and recommend approval to Common Council of the ceritifed survey
map for Carol Zandi in the Town of Norway.
