APPROVAL IN CHANGE OF CONDITIONAL USE GR
OF USE IN THE B-3 DISTRICT

WHEREAS, The approval for Change of Use for Conditional Use
Grant 1/35 was approved in Resolution #P.C. 54-85, and
WHEREAS, It is now proposed to change one of the conditions
set down by the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, Section 6.03 G of the zoning ordinance states that
if in the opinion of the Plan Commission such change or addition
does not constitute substantial alteration the public hearing may
be waived, and
WHEREAS, The proposed change only increases the hours of
operation and would not affect 5.01 (2) C and 6.03 (1) B.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission be
receptive to a change in condtional Use Grant 1\35 for the
increase in hours.
