APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE b OPEXATION PIAN
RESOLUTION #P.C. 130-86
IN THE MUSKEG0 INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, There is a proposed change of use for the building
addressed as 580 W18753 Apollo Drive, and
WHEREAS, This building has been used by a mason contractor,
and
WHEREAS, The new use is being proposed by a distributor of
Exxon speciality lubricants, and
WHEREAS, This is a permitted use in the 1-1 District with
Plan Commission approval, and
WHEREAS, They are proposing two 4' x 8' signs on the
northeast side of the building and a small sign located near the
front entrance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the change of use and the change of the site plan regarding the
signs .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the area underneath the tanks
and dikes be concreted and the area up to and including the drive
to the south end of the building be asphalted unless any
regulatory agency prohibits this being done.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the building and operation
must meet the rules and requirements of all state, federal and
local agencies.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the storage tanks must be of
uniform color and screening be extended to the southern property
line and around the corner to the most western point of the
tanks.
