PCR1986127RESOLUTION ~P.c. 127-86 REGARDING ZONING CHANGE NW 1/4 SECTION 15 RECOMMENDATION TO THE COMMON COUNCIL WHEREAS, The City has received a petition to rezone two parcels of land in the NW 114 of Section 15, known as the Boehm/Vesbach property, and WHEREAS, The necessary public hearing has been held, and WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide this land into mixed residential use, and WHEREAS, This petition has been submitted to planning consultant, Mangiamele, and WHEREAS, His recommendation is that the area be zoned to a planned unit development in order that the wetlands and the mixed residential use can be applied. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend to the Common Council that the rezoning from RS2 to RS3 be denied and that the Plan Commission would be more receptive to a planned unit development which would show the mixed development and a plan which would include the recommendation of the planning consultant.
