APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE & OPERATION PLAN

WHEREAS, The City has received a petition to rezone the
property at W191 S7156 Luehring Drive to OOS, and
WHEREAS, The necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, It would be necessary under that zoning to approve
the building, site and operation plan by the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, There are no structural changes to make in the
building, and
WHEREAS, The use is to be part-time and limited to groom no
more than three dogs per week, and
WHEREAS, This grooming will be done in the basement of the
existing residence.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building, site and operation plan to permit the grooming of
up to three dogs per week in the basement of the building
addressed as W191 S7156 Luehring Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That there will be no dogs kept
overnight and that this approval is subject to the zoning change
approval by the Common Council
