RECOMMENDATION REGARDING LAKE ACCESS
LARE DENOON
WEREAS, There has been a complaint filed against the City
of Muskego to extinguish any possible rights to accesses at the
end of Pt. Denoon Road, and
WHEREAS, These parcels have been dedicated to the City
since the date of recording, and
WHEREAS, Some of the residents may be using these accesses,
and
WHEREAS, These citizens have the right to access on city
owned property, and
WHEREAS, There are other lands within the city where there
have been no improvements or maintenance done on city owned land,
and
WHEREAS, To relinquish any rights to this property would
set a precedent.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the City Attorney be advised
that the City is interested in maintaining this platted land for
the use of its citizens.
