RESOLUTION #P.C. 120-86
APPROVAL OF EXPANSION OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT #81 LEE SRANE
WHEREAS, A petition has been submitted by Lee Shane
requesting the expansion of conditional use for his property at
S92 W19918 Henneberry Drive to permit a dog kennel for more than
20 dogs to be boarded and/or trained, and
WHEREAS, The public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, This property is approximately 20 acres in area
and is zoned agricultural which permits dog kennels under
conditional use, and
WHEREAS, The building inspection department has not
received any complaints and the area has not been developed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the expansion of conditional use grant 1/81 as submitted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, Not more than 50 dogs will be
boarded and/or trained.
