APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE & OPERATION PLAN RESOLUTION I1P.C. 118-86
WIZA INDUSTRIES
WHEREAS, It is proposed to add a 55' x 100' addition to the
existing WIZA Industries building, and
WHEREAS, The addition does not conform to the rules and
regulations of the business industrial park.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 55' x 100' addition to an existing WIZA Industries building
conditioned on the Board of Appeals granting the necessary
variance.
