PCR19861170 RESOLUTION #P.C. 117-86 ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE WARREN E. ROSS WHEREAS, Warren E. Russ has proposed to construct a 16' x 24' garage on his property at W127 S7016 Woodland Court, and WHEREAS, The applicant has submitted construction plans for the second garage structure, and WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have q substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego Architectural Control Board, does hereby approve the request of Warren E. Russ to construct a 16' x 24' second garage structure at W127 S7016 Woodland Court. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the height of this structure shall not exceed 15'.
