ROGER KASTELLO
WHEREAS, The certified survey map has been submitted by
Roger Kastello for the NE 114 of the NE 114 of Section 9, and
WHEREAS, The sketch was approved in Resolution #P.C. 88-86,
and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map appears to conform to the
approved sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map subject to payment of the $75.00
submittal fee, $200 park dedication fee and approval of the city
engineers.
