WHEREAS, A landscape plan has been submitted by Kevin &
Sandra Sievert for a proposed dwelling on Lot 125 in the Lake
Meadows Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, The deed restrictions for Lake Meadows Subdivision
require Plan Commission approval of landscape plans.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the landscape plan as submitted.
