ARTHUR BOSTATER
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved a certified survey
map for the Arthur Bostater property located in the SW 114 of
Section 32, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to amend that certified survey map
to include additional land on Parcel 4.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
reapprove the amended certified survey map that shows additional
land added to Parcel 4 and recommend to the Common Council for
reapproval.
