ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 110-86
MIKE DUBIAK
WHEREAS, Mike Dubiak has proposed to construct a 30' x 24'
garage on his property at S84 W20858 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The applicant has submitted construction plans for
the second garage structure, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this R-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego Architectural Control Board, does hereby approve
the request of Mike Dubiak to construct a 30' x 24' second garage
structure at S84 W20858 Janesville Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the height of this structure
shall not exceed 15'.
