APPROVAL OF SKETCH - KURER
NW 1/4 SECTION 12
WHEREAS, A sketch for a division of land in the NW 114 of
Section 12 has been submitted, and
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat was previously submitted and
withdrawn in 1979 because of the unavailability of sewers, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to phase the final plat in three
phases.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch as submitted.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That there will be deed
restrictions placed on each lot prohibiting future development.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proposed parkway will be
removed from the Highway Width Map.
