RESOLUTION #P.C. 108-86
EXPANSION OF BUILDING, SITE & OPERATION PLAN
RAY REILEHAN
WHEREAS, Ray Heileman is requesting to expand the use of
his property at W144 56401 College Court in the Tess Corners
Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, The original building, site and operation plan was
approved in Resolution #P.C. 43-82, and
WHEREAS, The fence is to be extended to the east which
would expand the area by 3,000 square feet to store cars and
additional equipment, and
WHEREAS, The request is in response to a letter dated June
13, 1986 stating he was in violation of Section 4.05 (4) of the
City of Muskego zoning ordinance.
WHEREAS, Mr. Heileman would like to extend the existing
north fence to the lot line to be meet with fence on adjoining
property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the expansion of the building, site and operation plan for Ray
Heileman at W144 S6401 College Court.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That evergreen plantings and slats
be required along the fence facing College Court per the
specifications established by the Building Inspection Department.
