WHEREAS, A prospective buyer wishes to purchase the
property known as S76 W17815 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, This property now consists of approximately five
separate lots, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to redivide the property into two
lots of equal width, and
WHEREAS, The width required in a B-3 District is 100
feet ,and
WHEREAS, The property division will create 85.5 feet width
for both lots, and
0 WHEREAS, Both lots will have more than the sufficient area
required in the 8-3 District, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a new building on lot
1 to replace an existing auto repair building.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission grant a
variance in width in accordance with Section 2.5 of the Land
Division and will be receptive to receiving a certified survey
map.
