PCR1986106(AMENDED) RESOLUTION #P.C. 106-86 ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAZ. OF 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE RAYMOND JESSMON WIFEREAS, Raymond Jessmon has proposed to construct a 20' x 12' garage on his property at S68 W13144 Bristlecone Lane, and WHEREAS, The applicant has submitted construction plans for the second garage structure,and WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the a City of Muskego Architectural Control Board, does hereby approve the request of Raymond Jessmon to construct a 20' x 12' second garage structure at S68 W13144 Bristlecone Lane.
