SUBDIVIDER’S AGREEMENT IN TEE SE 114 SECTION 5
RICHARD ZACH PROPERTY
WHEREAS, The certified survey map and subdivider’s
agreement has been submitted for a four parcel land division in
the SE 1 /4 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved the sketch in
Resolution #P.C. 39-86a, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map appears to conform to
that sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommends approval to the Common
Council subject to receiving the $75.00 submittal fee, $600.00
park dedication fee and approval of the city engineers.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
the Common Council receiving and approving the necessary
