APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
CRIMSON MEADOWS
WFIEREAS, A preliminary plat dated June 6, 1986 has been
submitted by Larry Neary for a 9 lot subdivision known as Crimson
Meadows, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has approved a sketch for 9
lots in Resolution #P.C. 79-86, and
WHEREAS, The proposed lots meet the requirements of the
RS-3 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the.Preliminary Plat of the 3
Crimson Meadows Subdivision, and recommends approval to the
Common Council, subject to receipt of favorable reports from all
approving and objecting agencies.
