APPROVAL OF CWTIFIED SUFNEY MAP LAWRENCE J. STEFABIAK
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted for a

division of land in the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 21, and
WHEREAS, The sketch has been approved in Resolution #P.C.
35-86, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map appears to conform to
that sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council conditioned upon receipt of the $75.00 submittal fee,
$400 park dedication fee and the approval of the city engineers.
