DAVID & DENISE PAVLICH
WHEREAS, David & Denise Pavlich, S76 W14140 McShane Road
have requested permission to construct a 28' x 26' second garage
structure on their property, and
WHEREAS, The applicants have submitted construction plans
for the second garage structure, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding proparties in this RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego Architectural Control Board, does hereby approve
the request of David and Denise Pavlich to construct a 28' x 26'
second garage structure at S76 W14140 McShane Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the height of this structure
shall not exceed 15'.
