RESOLUTION #P.C. 98-86
RECOMMENDING TO COMMON COUNCIL AND APPROVAL OF SKETCH
FOR ROAD LAYOUT OF THE VILLA DEL RIO APARTMENTS
WHEREAS, Conceptual plans for 108 apartment units had been
submitted for the November 15, 1985 Plan Commission meeting, and
WHEREAS, It was the Plan Commission's desire that the
submitted plan provide for enclosed parking and storage, and
WHEREAS, A revised site plan showing proposed garage
structures has been submitted, and
WHEREAS, The developer has been granted sewer and water
extensions from the sewer and water committees, and
0 WHEREAS, The developers agreement must be submitted to the
Plan Commission and the Common Council.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council to rezone the SW 1/4 of Section 9
and the NW 1/4 of Section 16, MSKG 2195.981 .001 from RSM to RSM-
OPD.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a survey that describes the extension of Lions Park
Drive extended to the south of Highway 24.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sidewalk be put in on one
side of the internal road of the subdivision extending from Lions
Park Road to the east end of the property.
