ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE GERALD SUBM
RESOLUTION #P.C. 97-86
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 70' x 45' garage, on
their property at W207 S7050 High Bluff Drive, and
WHEREAS, The applicant has submitted construction plans for
the second garage structure, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RCE District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego Architectural Control Board, does hereby approve
the request of Gerald Suhm to construct a 30' x 45' second garage
structure at W207 ST050 High Bluff Drive.
