RESOLUTION #P.C. 96-86
APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT
FUTURE PARKLAND DEVELOPMENT INC
WHEREAS, In P.C. 102-85 the Plan Commission tentatively
placed conditions on the conditional use for Future Parkland
Development, Inc., and
WHEREAS, Those conditions were submitted to the negotiating
committee, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission at their meeting on May 20,
1986 recommended some changes, and
WHEREAS, The negotiating committee has incorporated thos e
0 changes in the final agreement at their meeting on June 5, 1986.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the conditional use with the conditions approved by the
negotiating committee for Future Parkland Development Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this conditional use grant is
null and void if the DNR does not substaniate a need for this
landfill.
