WHEREAS, It is proposed to create two lots between S.
Loomis Road and STH 36, Section 8 in the Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, The plat must be approved or rejected prior to
June 28, 1986.
WHEREAS, The Certified Survey Map has been submitted to
Racine County Planning Department for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map - Bryan Neitzel, Town of Norway and
racommends approval to the Common Council for a two parcel
division between S. Loomis Road and STH 36 in Section 8, Town of
Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
receipt of the $75.00 submittal fee.
