APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE RESOLUTION #P.C. 94-86
(MINI WAREHOUSING)
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct two buildings to be
used for mini warehousing, and
WHEREAS, This use is permitted by conditional grant in the
B-2 District, and
WHEREAS, A public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, These buildings will include 53 ind
storage use units, and
ividual rental
WHEREAS, One building will measure 150' x 42' and the
second building will measure 150' x 24', and
WHEREAS, The buildings as proposed are to be white with a
charcoal gray roof and trim, and
WHEREAS, The area will be fenced in by a 6' high Century
type fence.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the conditional use grant as submitted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the business operational hours
are designated from 7:OOA.M. until 9:OOP.M.
