WHEREAS, It is proposed to create four lots on the west
side of Loomis Road, Section 18, in the Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, The plat must be approved or rejected prior to
June 11 , 1986, and
WHEREAS, The Certified Survey Map has been submitted to
Racine County Planning, Town Planning Committee for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map - Frank Coffelt, Town of Norway and
recommends approval to the Common Council for a four lot division
on the west side of Loomis Road in Section 18.
