APPROVAL OF REVISED SKETCH
HEEREAS, A sketch had been submitted and referred to the
Planning Consultant for a report, and
WHEREAS, The Planning Consultant submitted a report on May
29 with some minor recommendations for changes, and
WHEREAS, His recommendation was to approve.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch incorporating the changes recommended by the City
Planning Consultant.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the exterior corner lots must
exit on to the interior proposed street.
