OF KURTZE LANE
WEEREAS, The Public Works Committee at their meeting in
May, 1986 agreed to move the barricade at the end of Kurtze Lane
and accept dedication of a 20' x 60' strip at the east end of
Kurtze Lane to provide for an access from the Dreyfuss property
to the cul-de-sac, and
WHEREAS, The cost for resurfacing, moving of the barricade,
and deeding the property to the City will be the responsibility
of those seeking access, and
WHEREAS, A quit claim deed has been submitted to the City
Attorney, and
WHEREAS, It is the Planning Commission's responsibility in
approving streets and street extensions.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 20 foot extension to the east end of Kurtze Lane.
