APPROVAL OF SIGN - ROBERT KLENZ REALTY
WHEREAS, A request for a 3' x 5' sign has been submitted to
advertise Robert Klenz Realty, S75 W17425 Janesville Road and
will be located just east of the existing sidewalk, 40 feet off
center of road and
WHEREAS, This is the only free standing sign on the
property, and
WHEREAS, An attorney and insurance agent names will be
added to the sign, and
WHEREAS, This sign has been granted a variance in setback
and meets all other requirements of the zoning ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sign for Robert Klenz Realty as submitted.
