WEEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 24' x 44' garage and
shed not to exceed 15' in height, and
WHEREAS, This lot is located in the Ridges Subdivision and
is over three acres in size, and
WHEREAS, It appears to be compatible with the residential
use and blend into the topography of the lot, and
WHEREAS, The foundation only is to be constructed at this
time, and
WHEREAS, Prior to the installation of the foundation the
owners wish to secure architectural approval of the second garage
' structure/shed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 24' x 44' garage/shed to be located at W208 56977 Hi Bluff
Drive.
