WEEREAS, It is proposed to divide an existing parcel of
land on Lake Drive abutting Little Muskego Lake, and
WHEREAS, This parcel is located in the RS3-OLS District
which requests 66 2/3' average width and 10,000 square feet in
area, and
WHEREAS, These proposed lots will meet those requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch for a division of land in the NE 1/4 of Section 9.
