SE 114 OF SECTION 31
WEEREAS, It is proposed to divide four parcels of land in
Section 31 on the Roland Haut Farm, and
WHEREAS, This farm is approximately 80 acres in size, and
WHEREAS, These parcels will range from 14 acres to 27
acres, and
WHEREAS, It will be necessary for parcel 1 to abut a public
road for a distance of at least 30 feet.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission be
receptive to a certified survey map showing the division of the
Roland Haut farm into four parcels ranging in size from 14 acres 0 to approximately 28 acres conditioned that parcel 1 abut Crowbar
Road by at least 30 feet.
