WHEREAS, It ia propoaed to rezone the property from RS2 to
RS3, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to provide for a subdivision with
15,000 square feet lots and 100 foot average width, and
WHEREAS, This proposed rezoning will encompass two
properties.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommends that the petition and proposed development be
submitted to the City Planner for review and recommendation prior
to submitting any recommendation to the Common Council.
