RESOLUTION IP.C. 84-86
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted for a
three parcel land division in the SE 114 of Section 1, and
WHEREAS, This survey appears to conform to the sketch that
was submitted and approved in Resolution #P. C. 57-86.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map of the three parcel land division and
recommends approval to the Common Council contingent upon the
$75.00 submittal fee, $400 park dedication fee and approval of
the city engineers.
